The plan is a set of scenarios covering the conversations that define the first years of managing engineers: pay and promotion, performance, conflict, reorgs, letting someone go, managing people who used to be your peers, pushing back on your own boss.

It isn't ready yet. A couple of scenarios are live on this site now; the rest are being written and tested one at a time. I'd rather ship the programme when it's genuinely worth paying for than put a paywall around a promise.
